Taja Sevelle - Taja Sevelle
Taja Sevelle was lucky to catch Prince in his commercial songwriting prime. The upbeat "Wouldn't You Love To Love Me?" fit her poppy sound quite well. The track was written originally in the late 1970s, but redone in early 1987 by Prince. The loose jam feel of Sign O' The Times, complete with horns, was present and added a lot to the otherwise straight commercial song. "If I Could Get Your Attention" is in a similar commercial vein.
