Title: "A Job For Family Court"
Written By: Cheryl Johnson
Duane Nelson claims to be in a litigious mood--however there is no disputing his rare form these days. Guess I can call Prince's former brother and bodygaurd Duane, but maybe not. "This is Mr. Nelson," he said, "the one with name, Duane Nelson. I'd like to I'm gonna drop a lawsuit against Paisley Park Studios." He stumbled over the words [which is more delightful than the phlegm-clearing voices he always leaves on my phone] " I didn't even know what to call it. They've discriminated against me since the day I worked there. He's going to have the largest lawsuit on his hands from his own brother. But he's not really my brother, you know what I'm saying." Don't have near that level of clairvoyance, and I anxiously await the filing of said lawsuit. Nelson went on to say he was suing a Twin City suburb and a car outfit that messed up his car. "It just goes on and on and on." Sure does. Duane also does a pretty funny impersonation of Prince reacting to items in a certain gossip column.
