Prince can now wipe the "Slave" slogan off his cheek, now that he's finally out of his contract with Warner Bros. Records.

But before he splits for a new record company, he'll give Warner two more albums, the first being Chaos & Disorder which is already being hyped via its own Web site (see Road Map).

The home page describes C & D as Prince's "most consistent, ferocious album since 1981's ground-breaking Dirty Mind.:

The album is expected out as early as next month, and sound samples of the first single "Dinner With Delores" are online, along with video and screen-saver items.

The second contractual obligation album will be called The Vault and it is to be released at Warner's convenience.

Toronto Prince fan Eric Benchimol, who passed this info to CyberPop, is looking for people to join his Prince mailing list. E-mail him at ericben@io.org.
