Prince is off the hook...A federal judge in Los Angeles has dismissed a copyright infringement suit against the artist formerly known as Prince. Singer Nikki Shau claimed the pop star unlawfully used her picture on the cover of his single for "The Most Beautiful Girl in the World." The judge ruled that Shau relinquished her rights to the picture when she sent the former Prince a cassette of one of her songs (which incidently had her picture on the cover) in response to a 1993 contest advertisement (guess she forgot to read the fine print).
