Arsenio Hall says it was his happiest birthday since he got a Cleveland Browns uniform when he was 12. Hall turned 37 Sunday, and his pals planned a progressive surprise party Thursday.

A dozen people from two limos dined at La Boheme, then cruised to the House of Blues, where more pals, including Kenny G, awaited. Kenny sang, didn't play sax, and the cake was brought out by the Artist Formerly Known As Prince. He has his usual Tootsie Roll pop - which he actually took out of his mouth to sing "Happy Birthday."
