The ego Formerly Known As Prince has agreed to appear on a British TV show, but only if he can tape is act a day in advance before a specially recruited audience. He was supposed to play on "The White Room" Friday with Pulp and Portishead, but decided they weren’t sufficiently rich and famous. Also, he is insisting on billing himself as Tora Tora and The New Power Generation. "The music speaks for me," he explained. "The devout fans will support this experiement of the truth." Clearifying matters, a spokesperson adds that "as his representative on earth, I can tell you Prince is dead. The New Power Generation will be on the show. Tora Tora will also appear.
